The Jamaican Supreme Court offered Vybz Kartel $3m bail for one of his murder charges, the killing of Clive “Lizard” Williams. Williams’ body has yet to be found. Kartel is still facing other charges, including the murder of promoter Barrington “Bossie” Bryan. Meanwhile, Bail 4 Me has resurfaced.
